Client Late Cancel & No-Show Policy
We know things come up and schedules change so that’s why we offer a flexible cancelation policy. If you need to change anything for whatever reason, just give us a call or leave a message 24 hours before your session. In the event of a same day cancelation or when the client does not show, you will be charged a fee of $45 for a 60-minute massage, $60 for a 90-minute, and $80 for a 2 hour. We can also use a stored session if the client prefers. Anyone with a membership will be allowed one free cancellation every 4 months.
